if you are not 100% satisfied with your print, we will either give you a refund, or re-print your order.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. Simply send an email to sales@Printree.net with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line and include your order number.
Returning Goods
At Printree we will always do our best to provide you with the best prints on the internet. We hope you'll be truly satisfied with everything you order from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned to Printree Ltd in perfect condition (carefully repacked in the original packaging), within 14 days of Delivery for replacement or a full refund.
Returned goods should be sent recorded Delivery.
Printree Ltd will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods. We offer this service in good faith and ask that you only return goods after careful thought and with genuine necessity only. This is not intended to enable people to view a selection of prints before returning some. Please note that we're not able to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return: It simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the goods you ordered, or if the goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace them immediately. Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us by you within fourteen days of the delivery date (please use the contact details on your invoice), stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice no.; if you fail to so notify us we regret you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. In certain cases we may ask you to help us by returning the damaged goods at our expense.
